I booked an appointment two days in advance and when I arrived, the nail tech who usually does my nails insisted that my appointment was at 4:00 PM, even though I specifically booked it for 11:00 AM.

I had actually gone to this salon two weeks earlier and wasn’t happy with how my nails turned out. I decided to give them another chance because I wanted to see if they could improve the shape and overall quality this time around.

Unfortunately, I had to break up with Evanston Nails after 2 years. Unfortunately, the situation was that I kept requesting a particular technician, I would make an appointment at least 2 days in advance and when I came in for my appointments on two different occasions, they told me the technician was no longer available. She was always working on a different client. I'm not sure if she double-booked or if she went with the higher-paying client. However, it was extremely unprofessional, and the salon staff offered no apology nor discount for inconvenience both times.

Brought in my two girls to have Gel X nails done for the first time. Sandy and Jenny did an amazing job. They were very friendly, creative and so talented.

The girls brought pictures of what they wanted. My eldest had a totally custom design done that came out perfectly! They made my kids so comfortable and best of all very happy about their nails. Its been more than two weeks and their nails still look AMAZING 👏 🤩

We will come back again and recommend their services 💯%. Very well-done Sandy and Jenny. Thank you so much!
