Wow, I am surprised to see the low rating on one my favorite nail salons in the Chicagoland area. Overall, I have only had a good experience at Evanston Nails. I am regular customer and come every 2-3 weeks. I now schedule an appointment, verus being a walk in due to wanting a popular nail tech. There has only being one time in my 1 year of being a regular that they could not serve me on a Saturday, but I had a time issue and should have scheduled. I tried this salon one day due to in being closer to my home than my prior nail salon and allowing walk-ins on Saturdays. They also do gel nails, dip (my fav) and acrylic, which I love. I will not say the nail tech that I schedule, but this person (they have both male and female nail techs) is amazing. My nails do not break or the paint does not peel. They take their time every time I book them, regardless if there is a appointment in back of me. I've never had to wait on my appointments as I try to schedule them a few days before and for a early time - like 10am. I now visit on the weekdays to ensure I can be seen by my preferred nail tech. I love it here. I've tried another place in nearby and I was not happy with my nails, nor did they last. I'm pretty hard on my nails, but do know a really good nail tech application can survive my treatment of the nails I get.

Both my husband and I love this salon! It's a few blocks away from us, which is perfect to walk to on a nice day. The staff is friendly, prompt, and knowledgable. The services are price comparatively to other nail salons in the area (of which I have tried many!). I've gotten gel nails, acrylics, and a dip manicure done at this salon and had a good experience each time. My husband has had an equally positive experience (and I'm personally happy that the staff is supportive and kind towards a guy wanting his nails done). I will definitely be going back.

I’ve tried many nail shops in the area, but this one is by far the best! The service is amazing, they do a great job, and they’re always so kind. A new set = a new level of confidence! 💅✨ Self-care isn’t just a routine—it’s a statement. Nails are one of my favorite ways to express myself and step into my best energy.
