About Evanston Art Center

Evanston Art Center is a beautiful and inclusive art studio that offers many opportunities for the community and emerging artists. It features incredible artwork from talented students and artists, with multiple exhibits displayed regularly. The center provides fun art classes, including options for developmentally disabled adults, led by wonderful instructors. Since 2020, visitors have enjoyed improving their skills in various classes, such as ceramics. The center is free to visit and has convenient parking, making it accessible for everyone.

The Evanston Art Center is an absolutely beautiful space for art exhibits, events, and even weddings! Executive Director Paula Danoff can be seen always busy to assure everything is just perfect! Curator and Evanston Art Center board members Fran Joy always does a PHENOMENAL exhibit that brings in AMAZING artists from around the world! Fran Joy and Paula Danoff put on a very rich and extraordinary show, celebrating Black artists from around the country and as far as Nigeria! Excellent!
