I love this store I been going here since I was in my teens they are very friendly and their are my friends and they have always helped with whatever I need .Thank you for customer satisfactory .

The good this is they have what u may want and the customer service is always good but when it comes to packaged human hair beware of it being old and overpriced being that they don't refund and it's store credit. I paid $50 for bulk 614 human deep wave hair and when I used it the hair was hard and felt old. Me thinking it will work out. It didn't the hair was frizzy as heck and looked wild. I always hesitate to go in there often but this may have been the straw that broke the camels back. I try to support my neighbor stores and I keep getting let down by terrible products at expensive prices. I'm over this beauty supply.

This is a spot in don't mind going if I don't feel like driving all the way to Uptown Wilson. This is a spot where I don't necessarily enjoy going to because there's not much fun stuff to do in that area. But it serves its purposes. There is always someone on staff that's hella helpful. They used to send a ton of deals via text but stopped after Covid. If you don't enjoy getting those annoying text messages, I'll recommend you don't sign up. The store is hella tight. Covid or not I wouldn't go in there without a mask. Just seems too clustered in my opinion ‍
