Incredibly helpful and friendly. The staff are very knowledgeable and we got assistance on short notice on a Saturday afternoon and it was just what we needed! We’re planning to purchase instruments here in the future!

Jeff was so incredibly kind and helpful! He gave me a great insurance appraisal and also after a few years of not playing helped me fix up my violin into playing condition and replace my broken case and told me lots of things about my violin and what would be best for it that I wish I had been told at other stores! He is very knowledgeable and friendly and after 15 years of playing, this is the best violin shop I've been to!

I want a membership to this place! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!I wanted a silent violin to practice at my apartment but I never tried one. When I called late in the afternoon near the close time, the staff took a detailed note for me. Soon enough Jeff contacted me and not only answered all my questions but made great suggestions.When I visited the store Jeff already set everything up for me to try. He is very supportive and professional. I got a lot of great suggestions from him on electric violin. On top of the e-violin I was also able to upgrade the case and the bow for my own violin.I'm very satisfied with my puchase!!!
