Susan has been my Colorist for 20+ years - she is a master colorist and never disappoints. will not trash your hair always is wanting to keep my hair healthy by not going to crazy with color if it is something i have asked her thoughts about. she is very honest. my color is always gorgeous. total natural blend. i can’t recommend her enough. the absolute best. i am a natural blonde but it’s now dirty blonde since i am in my 50’s - she has taken me gradually from super super light blonde to dark brunette to almost black. and i loved every phase of it. kept it healthy the throughout. love her!

Frankie gave me the best haircut I've had in 10 years. I asked for some small adjustments at the end, and she gave me some feedback and then nailed it perfectly. My hair is thinner now than it was in my 30s, and she made it look like it did 15 years ago. Frankie is brilliant.
