We contacted Knapp as a locally owned flooring & stone company. When we bought our home, the previous owner had ceramic tile in the foyer & breakfast room, and carpet in the hallway. Well, after 5 years of living here, the ceramic did not match any of our decor, and wanted to bring the hardwood from the kitchen, into the three rooms. The previous owner said Knapp did the original hardwood flooring in the other areas, and yes, Knapp said they could match it, even years later.

The employees at Knapp were very helpful when we wanted to replace the carpet in our home. They helped us find a beautiful and durable option to fit our home and lifestyle. Their installers were professional and courteous; they communicated their plan in advance to help us best prepare for the installation and took great care with our home while they were there. The installers also did a great job cleaning up after themselves when they were finished each day, leaving our home cleaner than it was when they arrived. They did a wonderful job! I will be going back to Knapp for any future flooring needs.
