“We contacted Knapp as a locally owned flooring & stone company. When we bought our home, the previous owner had ceramic tile in the foyer & breakfast room, and carpet in the hallway. Well, after 5 years of living here, the ceramic did not match any of our decor, and wanted to bring the hardwood from the kitchen, into the three rooms. The previous owner said Knapp did the original hardwood flooring in the other areas, and yes, Knapp said they could match it, even years later.

Brandon (owner) came out, did the estimate which was very reasonable, so we hired them. Fast forward a couple of months, and one of the most highly skilled trim carpenters I have met, Terry Anderson (I've been in residential trades for 30+ years) came out, did the demo, installed the new floor with precision of a wood surgeon. He respected our home, controlled dust with an air scrubber, job site was clean & organized every afternoon, extremely polite and one of the most disciplined workers I have seen in a long time. Needless to say, the new flooring matches 100%, looks beautiful and we are pleased from the initial phone call to the final cleanup. We will be calling Knapp for any flooring, stone, granite, tile etc. in the future. A great local company to do business with. I give them 5+++++ stars!!!!!“
