We've taken our labradoodle and GS several times and not only do they send us a photo every day, the dogs seem to genuinely enjoy going! Reasonable prices and super nice family, highly recommend.

We had Critter Castle pet service make house calls to take care of our cats when we were on vacation. We couldn't be more happy with their service!! My daughter and I were hesitant to take a vacation this summer because we didn't know what to do with our cats when we were gone. Asking a neighbor to take care of them over a week seemed like too much to ask LoL. I called Critter Castle and was delighted that they make house calls! They came every morning and sent us pictures, which was so much peace of mindEspecially for my daughter as she missed her kitties! I would highly recommend Critter Castle to take care of your pets!!!

I’ve never boarded my dog so I was a bit of a nervous wreck about the whole thing. But the photos of my dog having a blast starting rolling in on day 1. I was updated daily which greatly put my mind at ease. We picked him up this morning and he’s been sleeping since. I think he had the best of times with all his new doggy friends! I won’t be nervous to leave him (at least at Critter Castle) ever again. Very pleased with the whole experience!
