This was my first time at this salon, and I had a great experience from start to finish. I called ahead to ask about walk-ins and was told I could come in at 9:30 a.m. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was so welcoming.
The staff was friendly and professional, and I appreciated how everyone helped out to keep things running smoothly. Anila, my stylist, was fantastic. She expertly managed multiple guests, but I never felt neglected. She really listened to what I wanted and did an amazing job on my long, thick hair.
