From the very first conversation they were responsive, compassionate, and generous with their time. John and Diana of Touching Hearts, Elmhurst were incredibly helpful during a very unexpected and emotional time for our family.
We initially brought them on for companion care, but after my mom experienced a sudden fall, our needs quickly shifted to much higher levels of support. Their team was able to pivot with us and provide the care we needed during that first intense month.
