UPDATE .....Changing my review to 5 star as they have reached out to my husband directly and addressed the issue. They were very apologetic and sincere. My husband and my boys will still be going here. As I mentioned we love going here and it's unfortunate that the last visit we had was bad. Could've been a bad day. My son had a haircut today with Esat and he is so happy. It was a big change and Esat did exactly what my son wanted. We had a few pics for reference and he checked in with him throughout the service. Very skilled and professional!! We’ll definitely be back.

Jay is my go to here, she is super flexible and available for last minute cuts. My 2yo son just started with her a month ago and she is super skilled at toddler cuts too, had him done in no time!
