Worst customer service. It is almost impossible to reach my doctor or nurse to request a form. I just wish my family doctor, who we being patients for many years, was in another network.

Worst Loyola location. Front desk staff is condescending. I had to repeat my last name three times. Clerk kept pulling up the wrong person and all that caused me to miss my appointment. Ramirez is not that difficult to understand. It does not sound like Martinez at all. I was within the grace period when I arrived but not after all that “confusion”. Just bad all around.
