Zena and the staff are great as always. Only side note I would give to people is to not use the app when making appointments for filler cus the app doesn’t give option to select numbing cream into the time slot so my booking at 10 am had to be moved.
The Laser Away facility in Elmhurst was very clean, aesthetically pleasing, and the staff were friendly and respectful! I had a great experience at the LaserAway Elmhurst location thanks to Nurse May! She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to explain everything clearly and checked in with me during the treatment to make sure I was doing okay. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I highly recommend seeing Nurse May!!
