My first purchase from this company was good – the flooring for one room was fine, and that’s why I decided to come back for additional rooms. Unfortunately, my second experience turned out to be problematic. After purchasing several boxes, I discovered that some of them had been previously used. Inside were planks that were cut, broken, and scratched – this can be clearly seen in the video I am attaching. Fortunately, my worker recorded the moment of opening most of them, so everything is documented. However, one box was not recorded, because no one expected that the store would sell material in such condition. My worker tried to salvage the situation, since we wanted at least one room finished – he was cutting fragments, gluing pieces with silicone, and trying to make use of whatever was possible. In the end, he managed to finish it, but only at the cost of extra effort and frustration. As a result, I had to pay him for the full day of work, even though he was only able to work for half a day and then had to stop due to lack of usable material. When I returned the damaged boxes, I was told that I could exchange only the ones I brought back and that were recorded during opening. Understandable – but in the case of the one box (worth about $60) that was not recorded, I was met with a complete refusal of refund, without any attempt to accommodate the customer. I didn’t even hear a simple “sorry.” In the end, I lost not only the cost of that one box, but also labor expenses, and most importantly – trust. For me, it’s not about the $60, it’s about the approach. Mistakes in construction supply happen – I work with many construction companies on a daily basis – but what matters is how the business responds. Here, there was no sense of responsibility and no effort to resolve the issue fairly.
Therefore, my advice to future customers: be cautious when making purchases, check all boxes immediately, and ideally record the unboxing. Unfortunately, I feel disappointed and will no longer recommend this company to my colleagues or business partners.

Stay away if you are a new young homeowner and coming not as a contractor. Horrible experience. My partner and I couldn’t come until 5:30 as we work and live in Aurora, we drove out the 35 minutes to come and were greeted by indifferent and rushed service. The guy helping us had an AirPod and reminded us they were closing soon. We opted to not buy the product for the unfinished red oak hardwood, stair material, and hand railing as the staff who were rushing us after we waited 15 minutes for them to be free & get our order squared away. Not going to spend $3000+ dollars to buy product from indifferent and unhelpful employees. But they sure offered a discount to the older couple who came in 5 minutes before closing and even gave them their card. I will make the drive to a farther LAS to not deal with the unprofessionalism.

I went in for the first time to LAS Hardwoods, yesterday and they were very helpful. The guys at the front desk explained things to me and gave me different suggestions. I came back today and order it all. They loaded it in my car and I was on my way! Their prices are LOWER than the big box stores around too!

Yesterday I visited Las. My visit was absolutely amazing. Jose was on point teaching me about stairs and parts. Things I should know. I had the best time. I recommend everyone visit Las. There's a large selection of of materials. Thank you Jose 😊
