got our quote pretty fast after reaching out, maybe two days. they came over looked at the floors measured everything and gave us a number on the spot. work started the following week. the sanding was loud but they kept the dust pretty contained with their setup. staining went on the second day i think and then the final coats after that. the team was easy to talk to when we had questions about dry time and when we could move furniture back. end result is great the floors have a nice even color and the finish feels solid underfoot
