Completely ghosted me. We discussed our plans for an addition at our house. After the visit, we were supposed to get a proposal for the work. Heard nothing after months of repeated emails and phone calls. Not a single word of acknowledgment.

We met with Richard yesterday to have him look at the dipping floors on the second level of our house, and he was great. He looked at everything and answered all questions we had asked. I tried contacting two other architectural firms and got nothing back. Richard answered my emails and was able to help us out a week or so later. Thank you.
