Great experience with uBreakiFix in Elmhurst! I made an appointment online, arrived early, and they were able to take me right away. The staff clearly explained the diagnostic process and followed up later the same day with quick results. They ordered a part that arrived on schedule, and while it ultimately didn't fix the issue, they were completely transparent and only charged me for the diagnostic, not the part. Everything was handled professionally and within the time frame promised. Highly recommend for their honesty, communication and customer service.

My daughter cracked her screen and instead of Apple fees we took it toubreakifix and was very happy with the service we received. Great customer service and fast! Will use them again!

I came in to get a charger piece, stuck out of my charging port and they get it in less than two minutes! Amazing service and super kind and clean environment. no charge for such a tiny problem, which was amazing. I recommend going to this place all the time for any broken or damaged tech. and since they weren’t very busy, I was able to just walk in and get it done super quickly!
