Everyone at Ahlgrim was so helpful. Our funeral director, Michelle, was amazing. She did all of the thinking for me. She took care of things I didn’t even know I had to do. I texted her questions at all hours of the day and she promptly responded. We were all pleased with everyone’s help the day of the wake and funeral. They made a difficult day less stressful.
When my mother passed, we wanted the funeral service and all the details surrounding it to be perfect. I can tell you the staff at Ahlgrim wanted it that way for us too. All the arrangements were seamless, so we were able to focus on what was important to us: honoring our mother. Thank you to the whole staff!
We just had my mother’s memorial service. As we planned, Chad and Jessica sounded so accommodating and paid attention to details. We scheduled a lunch at Roberto’s restaurant. Their comment added more confidence that they would let them know how many were at the graveside. Chad and his team were indeed on every detail and the day of the viewing and then the day of the service went perfectly, not only because of my very careful brother-in-law but Chad and Nadine did everything they promised and went above and beyond. If your family has to have a funeral, our family highly recommends Elmhurst’s Ahlgrim’s.
