I stopped in my SUV to help out a stranded driver in their vehicle on rt 20. In backing up, I got stuck. Called non-E. They sent pingree PD. I was asked if I needed a tow. Shocks flatbed showed up. Young knowledgeable tow driver hitched a cable to my car. I was on the road in no time. Very quick and efficient. They work with you. Shock does the job.
My car was stuck in a parking garage with low clearance height. I spent a day trying to find a towing company that had a lift and dolly truck that could retrieve the vehicle. One company came and then left saying they couldn’t fit. Another company failed to show up at all. Suburban dispatch was the most professional and polite out of the lot and did what they said. I was truly impressed by the driver who came out. He had a great attitude and said that he enjoyed solving problems. Made it out of the garage past some tight corners with no drama.
