Very quick and reliable service provided by Israel for the tow I needed. Within 15 minutes of calling he already showed up to start the service with his flatbed tow truck. Made sure the car was secured before departing to the destination. Once the tow was completed he had texted me that everything went well and proceeded to payment for his service. Would recommend IVM Towing!
Have been using IVM Towing for a few years already and still am satisfied til today in 2026!
Great communication and a great customer service. We agreed at a certain time to pickup up my car and he was there very punctual. I did not go with him to drop off my car, but he made sure to send me pictures when the car was delivered. Highly recommended.
Thank you.
My truck broke down Monday morning rush hour. Called around others were 2 hours wait or more ,IVM TOWING answered my call said he would be there in about 30 minutes quoted a fair price got there on timeHe tried with one jumper. It didn't work. Then, he went back to the shop and got the powerful one jumper that did the job and I didn't get charged twice. He was super pleasant and professional .I appreciate the courteous manner and professionalism We will definitely reach out to IVM TOWING in the future .
