Jerry provided outstanding customer service. He is very knowledgeable and made great suggestions regarding the type of flooring that would be best. From start to finish, our experience with OHi was exceptional. Other reviews mention the OHi crew becoming like family throughout the process and they truly do because they are all so kind, communicate so well, are respectful of working in your home, and are all around just fun to work with. As we approached our kitchen and bath remodel, Kim helped us through the design process by prioritizing our needs in the kitchen while working within our budget. OHI is known for quality in the surrounding Chicagoland area, but what really sets them apart is the kind of people they are. They generously donated a therapy bathtub for our seven-year-old daughter with arthritis, along with all the carpentry, electrical, tile work, and décor to make the space perfect for her.
Their craftsmanship is excellent, but their kindness meant even more. It’s rare to find a company that delivers great work and genuinely cares about the families they help.
