We had purchased a one bedroom apartment in an older high rise in Chicago and were left with the original bi-fold closet doors (and they were old!) We were concerned about the size of the doors and the install space. Thankfully we called HomeStory and met with the wonderful and knowledgeable Steve. He had us measured, quoted and a match to our current doors in no time! From start to finish it was a painless experience - one that was causing some anxiety before HomeStory showed-up. We recently had six new bifold doors installed by HomeStory Doors and had a great experience working with Steve, the owner. From the beginning, Steve was professional, responsive, and very hands-on throughout the entire process. He personally came out to look at our old doors, provide ideas for new doors with samples and sent various price options for us.
When we were ready to proceed he even returned to carefully measure everything before putting through our order. When the doors were ready to be installed, he helped supervise the installation himself and ensured we were 100% happy with the work.
