I was told by Jason only have to do it for six months coming to the location every month and wearing a helmet every other day and that’s it, but I’m looking at the reviews. People have been going there for years and years and years and years, which nothing adds up from the results of Jason. I’m a little confused. I’m gonna contact him on Monday .

Its okay except for the fact they don't give appointments for 6 weeks after hair has been falling apart from regular maintenance.

This really is one of the worst places you can go to. You can buy yourself a nice hairpiece and fit it yourself. The only reason I'm giving this A star because you have to do something before it lets you move on.. so get a load of this picture and you tell me if this is worth $1,500 or not such a sad situation!!!!

I recently completed a 6 month contract with HairClub in Elk Grove. My scheduled visits were overall a positive experience, and the products provided seem to be high quality. My stylist was an absolutely delightful and kind person. I cannot tell you if this works. I am still balding, but perhaps it'd be worse if I hadn't done the HairClub treatments. I will advise if you decide to do this, do NOT finance or otherwise borrow the money. Have the money already and understand you might just lose it. That is the mindset I went into it with, and for that reason I am not disappointed after the fact. It is expensive and ultimately a sales experience, so if you don't have $2.500 (for 6 months) or $5,000 (for a year) ready to go and won't be missed, don't put yourself through it. If money isn't an issue, give it a try. If you have a supportive stylist like I did, it helps to see a friendly face once a month who understands what you're going through.

Very disappointed with the service , was not expected such a bad experience company like hair club .though stylists are very good but the provided material was not as promised .Went three times to get it fix in span of one week but didn’t work out .They keep saying unit is fine and according to your measurements but surely it is not .

people that work there are great. I strongly urge people to go elsewhere. Please do not waste your money. I am not sure how this business has been in business for so long. STAY AWAY FROM HAIR CLUB!!! PRODUCT IS POOR QUALITY, BUT THAT DOES NOT REALLY MATTER BECAUSE IT WILL. FALL OFF WITHIN 24 HOURS!!!#.. READ THE REVIEWS. COMPLETE AND TOTAL SCAM! WHAT THEY DO TO PEOPLE SHOULD BE CRIMINAL!!

Trying to terminate the agreement. Only received two bottles of shampoo and two of conditioner as well as two bottles of scalp cleanser and two small bottles of rogain in the mail . No in building scalp services at all. I'm being charged $2297.32 . I have been trying to get this terminated . Need a response to this . I have cancelled the Comenity bank Lending Club contract but you keep charging late fees? I want this canceled .
