Monica and her staff went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything they had to offer us and explain in detail what we should be concerned about and would possibly want for our father. From picking up our father’s body 90 minutes away, explaining all the options we couldn’t even imagine existed, filling the urn jewelry with ashes and a follow up “hope are you doing” call, we couldn’t be more pleased and appreciative of the entire process. We worked with Grove Memorial Chapel after my dad passed away in May, and I cannot say enough good things about this team, especially Monica. We did not hold services there, but they handled my dad's cremation and guided our family through every question we had, and we had many.
