Absolutely wonderful experience - Rob was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, communicated every step of the repair clearly in terms that were easily understandable, and most importantly, was, I think, more than fair on the repair price. I used Rob this morning, and have already called a friend to recommend EE. I will be contacting Rob going forward with any future repairs I may need.
