Anderson Lock came out and replaced an exterior door and fixed about 3-4 other doors at our industrial building. We dealt with a number of different employees from scheduling, estimates, repair and follow up. Every single interaction was a positive one. They educated us on what they were going to do and why they recommended doing it that way. All the work was done better than we expected at a very fair price. We will definitly being using Anderson Lock at Terrace Supply in the future.
Anderson Lock is a family owned business. Cortney Anderson is the President and owner of Anderson Lock and knows the business inside and out. She is very involved in the door hardware business and is the First Vice President of our industry Door Hardware Institute. From Cortney through management, the office team to the installation technicians, Anderson Lock has immense knowledge and experience in the commercial lock, hardware and door business. Anderson Lock is just one of those companies you can always count on. My Retail Jewelry Store had a broken hinge at 3pm, and I was able to schedule a tech to install the replacement the next day. On Time as ever, he met me before work hours and did a killer install in a very short time. I paid the reasonable invoice before I really checked his work. Because I have used Anderson for all my locksmith work I knew it would be done the right way.. The company only does it the right way.Thank you for excellent work and timely install.
