My experience with Jennifer hurt my financials for three years. She doesn't do what she says she'll do. She made tax mistakes, didn't follow through on quarterly tax estimates, and ghosted me for months when the IRS sent a letter about the mistakes. She worked with my dad as well, and he also ended up getting a letter from the IRS because of mistakes, and she ghosted him as well.She did eventually write a letter to the IRS and fixed the taxes, but it took months of constant emailing and threats to sue her to get her to actually do it.She never responded to the tax issue with my dad and he needed to find another accountant to fix it.
