Would give -stars if possible arrived 0930 got a door at 1130 got my BOL at 2300 FN crazy to take 14 hours even for a floor load of rolls of fiber 4-5 hours max but 14 is completely unacceptable lost an entire day of work costing me about 500 dollars in wages thanks MANN+HUMMEL you proved all the other reviews correct.. DO BETTER

Unloading was very slow, and drivers are required to drop the trailer. However the staff were very nice and check-in was easy. Overnight parking seems to be allowed, I parked there and had no issues.

What a sad place.. I've been doing this for almost a decade and every few weeks you run into some sad miserable building of people and this is one of them. At the check in when you say hello how are you and act like a human it doesn't register with them. They just ignore you until they are ready to interact and even then it's like you're talking to a broken computer. They are late and then when asked about why they are late they get upset and their feelings are hurt because god forbid you call them out on an issue they created. It's a sad place with miserable people working there, cancel the load while you still can. I feel bad for the brokers that put up with this place.
