Everyone at Symonds-Madison treated us with the utmost respect. From the very beginning to the very end, the entire staff made the process of losing a loved one a bit more comforting. Daniel, Jeff, and Kris guided us the entire way and Jennifer and the rest of the staff kept us informed and updated. The layout was clean, well-organized, and professional. The tribute video was much appreciated and allowed for family and friends to reminisce throughout the night. I’m so thankful for the kindness and support I received from Symonds-Madison Funeral Home in Elgin during such a difficult time. Dan, Jeff, and Jennifer went above and beyond to make a heartbreaking process as easy as it could be. They were always patient, easy to reach, and quick to respond. Jennifer, especially, was wonderful—compassionate, organized, and incredibly helpful. I truly can't say enough good things about this team.
