Such a sad disappointing experience. Perhaps I’m biased since the original owner of THE reflections i remembered would have never! The customer service was very very minimal these where grown women in 30s 40s maybe in 50s and I felt like i was talking to my 10 yr old. Please don’t get me started on sanitation on this place it’s sad to see all the years of work that Gloria put into this place and to see it so without life. I came here when I was a teen as a the spot to go to for all your hair needs the stylist then were A1 as Gloria knew how to run a staff.
