Michael showed up and walked me through the entire process "pre bid" he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Then just as importantly they showed up and did exactly what he said. We had a new build out at our offices recently so there was a lot of dust and small debris to contend with and never did he try and "upsell" me on anything. Had another great experience with Quality Carpet Cleaning this morning. It was the first time in our new home. As usual my experience with Michael the owner was wonderful. Though our carpet was only two years old it definitely needed it in the traffic areas Once again my wife and I were delighted with how our carpet turned out and very satisfied with the service we received.
