We have been waiting a year almost this coming July and we still haven’t received our plans that we signed a contract and put a $750.00 deposit down on. They have sent us a couple of landscaping designs but with no plantings as stated in their contract. So we were impressed with our neighbors plans that’s why we decided to give Olive Grove a chance. We felt so mislead.
