With past negative dental experiences, this office is absolutely the best! No negative experiences, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Also they are reasonable and open to moving appointments around to maximize insurance benefits (if not covered)
The staff at Midwest Dental are wonderful. I have a lot of complicated dental issues, so I mostly speak with Anna the Office Manager who is smart, funny and a pleasure to work with to come up with the right treatment plan for me. I very much appreciate that Dr. Sefton is a perfectionist. I’ve watched her step back, look at her work, and go back in to tweak this or that until it’s a masterpiece. I recommend them to everyone.
I was totally pleased with my first visit to Midwest dental in Elgin Illinois. Everybody from the front desk staff to the hygienist to the dentist. All of them were amazing. I am looking forward to getting my teeth deep cleaned in my two subsequent visits.
