I had a serious issue with puppy stains and was uncertain if they would come out. Patrick and his partner pretreated them with a special enzyme spray, and it started to draw the stains out right away. The carpet wasn't drenched and dried in 24 hours just like Patrick said it would. Very reasonably priced as well. I especially appreciated that Patrick followed up with me this year to see if I needed any services, as I have used Matrix before and will continue to whenever I need to. I highly recommend Matrix!

Pat did one of our bedroom’s carpet and turned out great! Its been a little over a month now, with their reasonable pricing; I am hiring them again to do my full basement. Would highly recommend

They were very thorough and took time to work extra on cleaning any stains beforehand, The carpeting never has looked better. By far the best cleaning we have had in more than 15 years of having someone clean our carpets. Would highly recommend them.
