My mom suddenly passed away, they helped me out immensely with her cremation. They offered a beautiful purple urn, my mom and I love purple. Anyway very nice, proffesional & friendly. Thank you so much.
We just had my step mother's service at Laird's in Elgin. Everything went beautifully. The staff was quick to accommodate the surplus of guests. They also had everything set up so nicely and were patient with us when we wanted to move flower arrangements around or make last minute tweaks to the service. The kitchenette and eating area is a nice escape for rowdy kids or someone just needing a break.
