Heights Finance provides a positive experience for its customers. The branch manager, Angela, is highly praised for her professionalism, friendliness, and care for customers. She is knowledgeable and makes an effort to explain everything in detail. Many customers appreciate her welcoming and supportive nature, which helps make the financial experience a great one.
Jennifer is absolutely amazing. Start to finish she explained in detail to me the process, next steps, and what I could expect. The loan terms are more than agreeable and they do a great job working with you. The office is easy to fine and has a calm environment. I recommend coming here for your loan needs! I’ve used Heights Finance for over ten years as my go to place whenever I need a quick loan. Usually I work with the Aurora office but this time I tried the Elgin office. Per usual, the staff was professional and knowledgeable and took the time to go over the different options available to me. Eder and Jennifer were easy to work with and if you’re in the area and are in the need for a loan with fair rates then give them a call - you won’t be disappointed☺️
