I tweaked my back in the morning and I was in pain all day. I called to get a same day appointment, as a new patient, and they were able to accommodate me. Dr Waldo explained why I was having pain and his treatment. He explained step by step. I feel so much better. I'm very thankful for their quick response and professionalism. I would definitely recommend and go back for future services.

I highly recommend Health In Balance to anyone looking for quality chiropractic care. I have been a patient of Steven Waldo for several years now. I appreciate the amount of interest he shows in my overall health and well-being at every visit. Plus, his new office is amazing; it's very inviting!

I have been seeing Dr. Waldo for a number of years. He does a great job of keeping me aligned. I love his split table as it really helps my gluts. He is also probably the most cheerful person I ever have been contact with.

Dr. Waldo focuses more on an active therapy approach to healing and recovery of function. Whether the patient is presenting with acute or chronic pain Dr. Waldo utilizes the Chiropractic Adjustment and McKenzie Therapy as the primary methods of care. The majority of spinal and extremity complaints are due to mechanical dysfunction/stress upon the joints, disc and soft tissue structures. The Chiropractic Adjustment helps with the restoration of those structures and McKenzie Therapy empowers the patient to learn the principles to be in control of their own symptom management. The combination of Chiropractic and McKenzie Therapy is proven to prevent future episodes. We also offer focused 15, 30, 45 and 60 minute Massage Therapy.
