I called gopher towing when my car broke down on I90. It was late 10:30pm and expected to leave a message to set up an appointment in the morning to get the car. He was helpful and informed me that the car would be towed within two hours by the state. Two hours later the broken-down car was in my driveway.
Eric was extremely helpful. He also knew the mechanics where my truck was being towed (KS Auto), and is going above and beyond to assist in communicating my need to them. Made an unexpected issue far from home a lot less stressful!
