I’m a new customer who was referred to Even Flow, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The service exceeded my expectations. Michael was fantastic—honest, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond. I appreciate all his efforts and will be using Even Flow from now on. Highly recommend!!
We called Even Flow at 6am and Judy answered the phone. We told her the hot water tank was leaking and she asked that we send her a picture of the tank’s information. At 9am that same day Ben came to look at the tank. I had a lot of questions which he answered and even brought up some things we didn’t even think to ask He said he would get a tank but not that day. Since I was leaving that day and was going to be gone a few days, he turned off the water and gas to the tank so I didn’t have to worry. If you have any HVAC issues I highly recommend Even Flow. They exemplify honesty and professionalism. My HVAC stopped blowing air, and I called a different HVAC repair company who wanted me to order a whole new furnace. When I reached out to Jay at Even Flow he was honest and confirmed that only the control board needed to be replaced. Once the control board was ordered Jay and Jake came out and not only replaced the part but gave me advice on maintaining the HVAC system.
