Elgin Animal Clinic is a clean and welcoming facility with kind staff and doctors who are gentle with pets. They provide excellent service, prioritizing patient care and clearly explaining treatment options. The clinic accepts walk-ins, but it is suggested to call first to check the wait time. The newly built building adds to the inviting atmosphere. Staff are patient and thorough, asking detailed questions about pets. They also offer amenities like food for pets and speak Spanish. Dr. Dhillon is knowledgeable and answers all questions, making clients feel informed and supported. Many customers have noted the fair prices and exceptional care, especially during procedures like bladder stone surgery, which was significantly less expensive compared to other vets in the area. The office is described as caring and accommodating, with follow-up wellness checks and assistance with special dog food orders. Highly recommended for anyone in the Elgin/Bartlett, Schaumburg area.
