I needed one tiny screw to fix a computer of mine. They were so nice to give me one screw , plus a few extras, out of a soon-to-be-recycled computer. The screw itself is virtually worthless, but they had a few minutes of labor. When I asked Best Buy Geek Squad, the guy looked at me like I had a horn growing out of my head. I highly recommend the people at CPR.
