I seriously don’t even know where to begin with how thankful I am for Carissa. From the moment she walked in, I felt like I could finally take a deep breath. Recovering from ostomy surgery isn’t easy—especially with a tricky flush stoma and constant leaks that were breaking down my skin—but Carissa made it feel doable.
