I called Fast-teks to remove a virus from my computer. The service was excellent. I called close to 5 PM on Monday and had the tech at my home Tues at 9 AM. I was also happy with the tech. She was efficient, friendly and gave me lots of good suggestions for improving my PC safety and speed. The service isn't cheap - $99 for the first hour and $25 per quarter hour thereafter, but if you have a quick problem, this is a good way to go.
