Extremely welcoming and an awesome environment. We came in from out of town and needed a place for our state qualifying athletes to lift. They welcomed us with open arms and were very accommodating!
Come Train where Various Coaches have Come to Train! Don't be deceived by this Small Garage Gym, It Packs a Punch. If you're passing through the Area and Want to Drop in to a Unique Place, this is It. Supportive Community, Knowledgeable Coaches, Cool Gym!!
The workouts are challenging, but never impossible (your brain make think so, but they aren't). All staff are sure to make any adjustments needed to any workout, so even if you have physical limitations, your exercises will be modified for you, and you can still feel like you've gotten a good workout there. The owners Ben and Shannon are phenomenal! Ben's no nonsense but friendly attitude perfectly pairs with Shannon's bubbly but just as no nonsense personality. She's also a professional bodybuilder, and Ben is a firefighter, and both have multiple degrees and certifications, so you KNOW you're in good hands. Another coach is a full time... read full review
