Jack has helped me out a handful of times with my old furnace in the winter, especially during inclement weather. Last winter he practically drove through a blizzard to ensure I had heat when it was -20 outside. This company truly cares about its' customers and I could not be more greatful. I knew Jansen's was the right place to call when my ac stopped working this summer too. Every time I've called they are out fast and always have the knowledge/parts on hand to fix the issue. Called this morning because my furnace wouldn't kick on. A tech was at my house by early afternoon. He was quick to figure out the issue and had the part needed to fix it with him. My furnace is now fixed and I couldn't be happier. The tech was kind, friendly, and walked me through the process.

Holiday weekend and unit stopped working, tech promptly came out after office ladies moved some things around. Bad breaker,circuit board, and thermostat. Resolved and back in operation. So Glad we chose them in 2018. Never looked back.
