The staff was very helpful from the time we walked into the store. Barb was very helpful in gathering our information and needs. She kept us up to date on the phone while the installers were working at our site. Our flooring and carpeting are beautiful and well installed.

Everything was fantastic from shopping thru installation. They let me wander around the store by myself on multiple days for hours looking at luxury vinyl plank samples, yet were right there to answer any questions I had. The installers were great and cared for our home like it was their own. Highly recommend.

We went in on Saturday to pick out carpet for a small playroom. We purchased a remnant from the warehouse and they delivered and installed it on Tuesday. Our experience couldn't have been better! thanks again!
