Jerry was right on time for the appointment. I was out of power when he arrived and had just gotten my generator out of the box. He helped get my generator running before he treated my house. He was very thorough with the treatment. He went above and beyond what was expected.

I recently had an ant problem in my kitchen. I tried everything on the market as well as friend's solutions to get rid of them. Nothing worked! I called Midwest Pest Control and explained my problem. Jerry, the owner came and explained what he was doing to eliminate the ants. The next day I saw two ants and after that none! I had ground bees nesting under my porch. Those kind of yellow jackets can be very aggressive when disturbed. Jerry took care of them. He was very friendly. Great service. When I grilled him about what he was using to kill the bees he demonstrated a strong understanding of the chemicals he's using, how they work, and their impact on the environment. He's a chatty guy - so get ready to have a delightful conversation about anything and everything. Very affordable and quite responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to call him in the future if I have pest problems.
