Had a carpet hump form over a period of years, in front of a set of shelves. Called B&N and the owner got back to me quickly, we set up a time and he came to inspect it. He quoted a price, we agreed on a day and time, and he arrived right on time. Knew exactly what was needed and had the carpet flattened out in less than half an hour.
