“We’ve had this company do outstanding work since 2018. This included building our elevator shaft way for Nu-Trend. Installing master bathroom double vanity, building the under stairway area for a closet system (by others). Replacing one basement window. Redoing master bedroom closet door to a barn door. Installing a new roof and new siding. Building a composite deck. Redesigning and building our solarium. Replacing two entry doors and storm doors.I can’t say enough wonderful things about this contractor. I consider them family. If you hire them, you will not be disappointed!“

“Mainstream Construction installed windows in our home on 17-18 December 2025. Initially, we were concerned about how cold the house would get, not to mention how installation would impact our holiday plans. We were pleasantly surprised with the speed and efficiency the crew worked. Our house remained cozy and 15 windows (with one being particularly challenging) were replaced in two days. Everyone, including Spencer, office staff and the crew, were very courteous and professional throughout the process. The crew cleaned up any messes that were created and even rehung our heavy, wooden blinds and curtains. We are very happy with the installation process and the windows, themselves. They also just finished putting in a new slider door to the back deck and 2 new windows on the back of the deck. Job looks fantastic windows and door are perfect with new locks and a brand new screen that locks and slides perfectly. Fantastic job on both the deck and windows and door.“

“We have had 2 excellent dealings with Suburban Construction! 11 years ago, they placed gutter gaurds on all of our gutters, and they are still in beautiful condition. This year we needed to replace our shutters. One call and the owner came out to look at the the job and give us a quote. Of course they weren't standard size, but Suburban Construction found a match and made it happen. Once we chose our shutters, they were installed within 2 weeks and they look absolutley beautiful! We are so happy and have only wonderful things to say about this company!“
